Wallet & Sign-In
Overview
Belong CheckIn is wallet-optional for visitors. A wallet is created for you automatically on your first visit, so you can check in and earn rewards without any setup. You can sign in later to secure your account and unlock more features.
Guest wallets
On your first visit, the app creates an EVM wallet for you as a guest — no signup, no seed phrase. This wallet is the persistent identifier for your activity (check-ins, rewards, tickets) and is preserved when you later sign in.
Signing in
The app supports several sign-in options:

When you upgrade from guest to a signed-in account, your EVM address stays the same — signing in only enriches your account with your identity (and, for Google, a Sui address). Nothing changes your original wallet.
Passkeys
You can link a passkey to a signed-in account for faster future sign-in with Face ID, Touch ID, or device biometrics. Linked passkeys can be viewed and removed from Profile → Integrations.
Multi-chain wallets
Your account can hold wallets across multiple chains:
- EVM (created for every user) — used for check-ins, payments, and rewards
- Sui — added when you sign in with Google
Wallet screens show your balances, transactions, tickets, rewards, vesting, and venue payment accounts. They also show native gas-token balances for EVM networks; when a sponsored action needs gas attention, the app guides you to the right funding or recovery surface.
What you can manage
From the wallet area you can:
- View balances and transaction history
- See and use your tickets and memberships
- Track rewards and vesting
- Manage venue payment accounts (for operators)
