AI & Voice
Overview
Belong CheckIn includes an AI chat assistant that helps you create and edit events, hubs, check-in campaigns, NFT tickets, and related flows from natural language. Voice Mode turns that chat into a hands-free conversation: you speak, it transcribes, the assistant responds out loud.
The chat assistant
Ask the assistant to do things in plain language and it drafts them for you:
- Create or edit an event, hub, or check-in campaign
- Set up NFT ticket tiers and pricing
- Answer questions about your events and venues
When a workflow needs a wallet signature, the app shows an inline signing surface instead of asking you to copy contract details manually.
Voice Mode
Voice Mode provides an immersive, hands-free experience — useful on mobile or when you're setting things up on the go.
Turning it on
- Click the phone icon in the chat header to enter Voice Mode
- The interface switches to a full-screen voice overlay
- Status indicators show when it's listening, processing, or speaking

- Push-to-talk — hold the large microphone button to record, with a live timer
- Transcription cards — your words appear as "You said: …"
- Spoken responses — replies are read aloud; a mute toggle disables automatic speech
- Event cards — when you create an event by voice, a visual summary card appears with a direct link
Tips
- Speak naturally — full sentences work best for event details
- Use the mute toggle if you only want text
- Voice messages appear in your regular chat history and sync across devices
Privacy
- Your microphone is only active while you're recording, with a clear visual indicator
- Audio is transmitted securely, processed for transcription, and discarded appropriately
- Voice features require your explicit microphone permission, which you can revoke at any time
Browser support
Voice Mode works in modern Chrome/Chromium, Firefox, Safari (iOS and macOS), and Edge. If the microphone or recording APIs aren't available, the app falls back gracefully to text chat.
