Messaging Guidelines for Venues

Do:

• Replace X% with the actual cashback percentage the venue has configured
• Keep the primary message under 8 words
• Always include a clear call-to-action ("Scan", "Check in", "Point your camera")
• Mention referral earning if the venue has promoter rewards enabled
• Emphasise "no app download" — it's a key differentiator

Don't:

• Promise specific dollar amounts unless the venue has confirmed them
• Use "crypto" as the lead — lead with the benefit (cashback, earn, get paid), mention crypto as the mechanism
• Overcomplicate — the QR code does the heavy lifting

Reward placeholders to customise:
